The founder of Humdingers started out with a cake stall in Abney Hall Market, Stoke Newington, selling homemade cakes to hungry locals. Within six months he had moved to a larger kitchen to start a salad and sandwich delivery service for the staff of the local NHS walk-in centres. A year later, the opportunity arose to take on a thousand square foot space in the Rosemary Works, Hoxton, which he transformed into a fully equipped kitchen and office space; and this is where Humdingers Catering began.
Five years on, its thriving success meant that Humdingers needed a bigger and better HQ, and so in 2011 we moved into our home on Hoxton Street.
