Canape classics including Seabass Ceviche, Smoked duck doughnuts and Butternut squash arancini.
Followed by a feast of Moroccan of Lamb, Sweet Potato, Swiss Chard & Goat’s Cheese Gratin, Wilted Greens & Smoky Chickpeas with Chilli & Lemon Tahini & Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower with Pomegranate & Lemon Yoghurt.
Split dessert of salted caramel chocolate pots with Manuka honeycomb & Lemon tarts with crushed meringue & fresh raspberries.
A fabulous evening party with a full bar set up – lots of bubbles, thrown at Bethnal Green Working Mens Club with classic Pie & Mash to finish of the spectacular day!
